1. When will the course be confirmed? When will I receive my detailed course information?

The exact venue will not be confirmed until approximately 3 weeks prior to the course start date to ensure we have the most suitable venue for the group's size and requirements. All our training courses take place in hotels in the city centre.

2. Is accommodation included in the price?

No, it is the responsibility of each delegate to arrange their own accommodation when registering for a course. All training venues will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks prior to course start.

4. What are the course timings?

The majority of courses in New York start at 9.00 on the first day with registration from 8.30. From then on the courses start time will be determined by the course instructor. Breaks are mid-morning, lunchtime and mid-afternoon and tend to be at the discretion of the trainer. Each day the course will usually finish at 5.00pm, but may finish slightly earlier on the last day. This varies on the trainer, how large the group is, how fast the group works through the material and whether there are any travel issues for people getting home.

5. How to pay course registration fee?

Payment can be made in the following ways:

1) By Bank Transfer
2) By Debit/Credit Card over the phone
3) Online credit card payment (with registration)
4) Over the phone credit card payment, by contacting your course manager
5) Checks (should be made payable to Euromoney Training)

Please do not email or fax any credit card details to Euromoney Training. Please do not forget to quote invoice number when making the payment.

6. What is needed for a Visa Invitation letter?

Delegates are responsible to obtain their visa and not having one is not an exemption from the cancellation policy. Euromoney Training has absolutely no influence over any embassy and whether a Visa will be granted.
To issue a visa invitation letter we require the following information:

Their full name as it appears on their passport

Visa letters will only be granted when full payment has been made. Anyone suspected of applying for a training course simply to gain a Visa letter will be reported to their embassy.

A full refund less an administration fee of $150 will be given for cancellations up to 21 days before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing (letter or fax) and reach this office before the 21 day deadline. Delegates who cancel less than 21 days before the event, or who don’t attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refunds can be given. However, if you wish to attend the next course, and you have paid your course fee in full, you will only be invoiced for 25% of that course fee.

Please note that the next course must take place within 6 months of the initial application. Of course, a replacement is always welcome. For more information regarding administrative policies, please contact our office at +1 212 361 3299.
