13. Course feedback
Delegate feedback is very important to us. Your comments on the course director, venue, course material, service etc. are the best way to enable us to continually improve our programmes.
14. Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be received in writing 20 working days prior to the start of the course. This policy is in place for all delegates since costs are incurred on behalf of participants prior to each course. Course fees must therefore be paid in full if a cancellation occurs within 20 working days of the start of the course. We are very happy to welcome a replacement onto the programme.
Should you require any further clarification or information concerning the above please do not hesitate to contact us.
