1. When will the course be confirmed? When will I receive my detailed course information? The exact venue will not be confirmed until approximately 3 weeks prior to the course start date to ensure we have the most suitable venue for the group's size and requirements. All our training courses take place in hotels in the city centre.

2. Is accommodation included in the price?
No, it is the responsibility of each delegate to arrange their own accommodation when registering for a course. All training venues will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks prior to course start.

3. What are the course timings?
Timings vary by course location. Please view specific individual brochure sections of the site where more information is available.

4. How to pay course registration fee?
Payment can be made in the following ways:
1) By Bank Transfer
2) By Debit/Credit Card over the phone
3) Online credit card payment (with registration)
4) Cheques (should be made payable to Euromoney Training)

Please do not email or fax any credit card details to Euromoney Training. Please remember to quote your invoice number when making payment.

 5. Can I claim back UK VAT?
Yes, overseas business visitors can claim a VAT refund under the European Union (EU) 8th and 13th Directives on all eligible business expenses such as hotel accommodation, training courses, meals, car hire, exhibition costs etc., provided you are not registered for VAT in the UK.

For further information regarding this, please contact your course manager, who will be able to provide you with the relevant forms.

6. What is needed for a Visa Invitation letter?
Delegates are responsible to obtain their visa and not having one is not an exemption from the cancellation policy. Euromoney Training has absolutely no influence over any embassy and whether a Visa will be granted.
To issue a visa invitation letter we require the following information:

  • Their full name as it appears on their passport
  • Their date of birth
  • Their passport number
  • Their passport issue date
  • Their passport expiry date

Visa letters will only be granted when full payment has been made. Anyone suspected of applying for a training course simply to gain a Visa letter will be reported to their embassy.

Euromoney Training is proud to announce that it has been accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC). The BAC is recognised the world over and represents the clearest mark of educational quality. As well as being the foremost signifier of educational quality, accreditation by BAC is recognised by the UK Border Agency (UKBA).

How does this affect me?
Choosing a BAC-accredited training provider for your studies will ensure that the institution is of a high educational standard and considered to be bona fide by immigration officials. Indeed from 2009, new regulations have come into effect so that visas are granted only to delegates at accredited institutions such as Euromoney Training. Delegates should apply under a 'Student Visitor visa' for Euromoney Training courses.

 7. What are the cancellation policy/terms and conditions?

The policies vary by course location. Please view specific individual course information on this site for further information.
