1. How do I register for a course?

There are five easy ways to register.

Once we have received your registration, we will confirm your place on your chosen course and send you your invoice.

Nearer the start of the course, you will receive a venue information letter with full course details and an administration form for you to complete and return to us.

2. How do I pay?

On receipt of an invoice, payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Our bank details can be found on your invoice.

When paying by credit card we will need the following information to make the transaction: card type, card number, expiry date, name of cardholder, the cards registered address & the verification number in the panel of the reverse of the card where the cardholder signs their name.

3. In what language are courses delivered?

All courses are delivered in English.

4. What is the dress code at the courses?

Smart-casual. No jeans or shorts please.

5. Can you help me get a visa?

If you require a visa, we are able to provide you with a visa invitation letter to aid your application. Please indicate on your registration that this letter is required and it will be sent out to you as soon as payment of your course fee is received.

6. How do I get my course documentation?

You will receive a full set of course material on the first day of the course during registration.

If there is pre-course reading material, this will be sent to you before the course by email.

7. Where is the course held?

All delegates will be informed which hotel or training centre their course is to be held in approximately 3 weeks before the course in a venue information letter.

8. Course timings

Please arrive at the training venue by 08.30am on the first day. You will be asked to sign a registration list and collect a name badge. Please also bring a business card with you.

We kindly request that all delegates refrain from using mobile phones to avoid disruption during the course.

9. Are there breaks in the course?

There will be a break in the morning & afternoon for coffee and a meal provided at lunchtime. Timings may vary from course to course.

10. Is accommodation and travel provided for me?

Flights and hotel accommodation should only be purchased when our logistics team contact you to confirm the course venue. The attendee is solely responsible for their flight and accommodation arrangements and costs. In the unlikely event Euromoney Training should have to cancel an event it will not be responsible for any costs incurred by attendees. Euromoney therefore recommends that clients purchase fully refundable air tickets and accommodation.

11. Will I need to take anything with me?

We recommend that you bring a calculator and a copy of your business card. You may also be required to bring a laptop to some computer-based training programmes, however, you will be informed prior to the course if this is the case.

12. Will I get a certificate?

Yes – all delegates will receive a certificate by mail after the course. Certificates are issued one week after the course.

13. Course feedback

Delegate feedback is very important to us. Your comments on the course director, venue, course material, service etc. are the best way to enable us to continually improve our programmes.

14. What happens if you cannot attend?

Cancellations must be received in writing 30 working days prior to the start of the course.

Delegate replacement is welcome and free of charge.

An administration fee will be charged for all cancellations prior to the 30 working days when cancellation is no longer possible.

Late cancellation:

A full fee is payable for all late cancellations (30 working days prior to the start of the programme)

This policy is in place for all delegates since cost are incurred on behalf of participants prior to each course. We print up to date documentation and we book venue on behalf of each delegate, lunch and coffee breaks.
