Once we have received your registration, we will send you an invoice. Our bank details can be found on your invoice.

If you are paying by cheque, please ensure that you quote the relevant invoice number(s) or alternatively enclose the remittance advice, which you can find at the bottom of your invoice.

Paying by credit card is quick, easy and safe. When paying by credit card we will need the following information to make the transaction: card type, card number, expiry date, name of cardholder & the verification number in the panel of the reverse of the card where the cardholder signs their name.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend the course that you have registered on we can provide you with multiple options:

1. Attend the same course at a later date: You are welcome to attend the same course the next time that we provide it. This must be within 12 months of the course that you have originally registered on. The new course may have a higher fee to attend. You will be permitted to pay the difference of this fee. You must inform us in writing (by postal mail, email or fax) at least 20 working days before the start of the course that you would like to attend the same course but at a later date. Failure to do so will result in you having to pay the full course fee plus an extra 25%* of the course fee. Please note that ONLY one transfer is permitted.

2. Attend different course at a later date: You are welcome to attend a different course within 6 months of the course that you have originally registered on. If you wish to attend a course with a greater course fee then you must pay the difference. You must inform us in writing (by postal mail, email or fax) at least 20 working days before the start of the original course that you would like to attend a different course instead. Failure to do so will result in you having to pay the full original course fee plus an extra 25%* of the original course fee. Please note that ONLY one transfer is permitted.

3. Send a member of staff instead of yourself: You are welcome to send another member of your staff to attend the course that you have registered on. This is free of charge.

4. Cancel your attendance at the course: If you wish to no longer attend the course then you must tell us in writing (by postal mail, email or fax) at least 20 working days before the start of the course. We will then refund the amount you paid to us minus £100 for administration fees. If you cancel less than 20 working days before the start of the course or you do not attend then you must pay the full amount and no refunds will be given.

* - The 25% transfer fee is a special fee only valid with Euromoney Energy Training, and cannot be used with any other part of Euromoney Training and their products, or any other part of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC.

What is included in the fee?

Expert training of course, and the following:

Course materials – You will be provided with all printed course materials in a binded folder on the first day of the training. The materials are there for you to make notes in and take back to your office for future reference.

Food and drink – Every day of the course there are refreshments and snacks provided during breaks and there is also a 3 course lunch.

Certificate – You will be given a certificate at the end of the course.

What isn’t included in the fee?

Accommodation costs – you must pay for your own accommodation costs. We can arrange a discounted rate to stay at the hotel where the course is taking place. Please contact Nicola Thomas: +44 207 779 8546, for more information.

Flight/travel costs – you must pay for your own flights and travel costs if needed.

Where does the Training take place?

All courses take place in a top 4 – 5 star hotel. The hotel will be confirmed to you approximately 3 weeks before the start of the course.

What language are your courses taught in?

All courses are taught in English. We strongly recommend that you have a good level of the spoken and written English language to get the most from our training courses. If you would like a course in a different language we can provide this through our in-house training service. Please contact us for more information energy@euromoneytraining.com.

Do I need to get a visa and invitation letter?

We are able to provide you with a visa invitation letter to aid your application if you require a visa to enter the country where the training course is taking place. Please indicate on your registration that this letter is required and it will be sent out to you as soon as payment of your course fee is received. For further information please contact Nicola Thomas: +44 207 779 8546.

What is the dress code?

Smart-casual. No jeans or shorts please.

What is the difference between public and in-house training?

Public training - is available to everyone and is held at a 4-5 star hotel. The location and dates will be decided by us. There is a set fee to attend the course.

In-house training - is a service we can provide where we will train a group of your staff members on any Euromoney Energy Training course at a location and time of your choice. All of our courses can be amended to suit the needs of your training requirements. In-house training can be very cost effective for your company because you pay for the amount of days the course will last and not per delegate.
