Course overview:
This training course, designed in association with Louse Forrester, will help in-house lawyers in financial institutions establish an effective framework for managing and leading the department together with managing the relationship with the rest of the business and external counsel.
In this training course, Louise will share her own knowledge gained at financial institutions and encourage participants to share their own experiences. Louise Forrester
Louise Forrester has over 18 years experience as a private practice lawyer and a senior inhouse lawyer with major international banking and financial services organisations. She has a thorough knowledge of capital markets and banking issues both transactional and regulatory. She has frequently advised on a broad range of complex regulatory matters and has detailed practical experience having managed a Europe-wide compliance function. Her specialist regulatory experience gained whilst Deputy Head of Legal at Bear Stearns, and the Director of Legal and Compliance at BGC Cantor is now used in her role as a consultant to law firms and financial institutions and as a speaker on regulatory matters.

Kevin Whichello, an experienced executive coach and consultant, will run and facilitate an interactive workshop with a focus on leadership style.
