The text of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive was agreed by the Council and the European Parliament on the 26th October 2010 and will be voted upon by a plenary session of the European Parliament on the 11th November.
This workshop provides delegates with an intensive review and analysis of the agreed text. The morning session will concentrate upon ensuring that the delegates gain a detailed knowledge of the Directive. The afternoon session will contain more practical advice and discussion upon key aspects of the Directive; together with a brief summary of the process and timing of implementation.
