St Catherine's College is located ten minute's walk from Oxford City Centre with its historical colleges, museums, shops and cinemas. Accommodation is in student study bedrooms. All training takes place on-site. The college common room is open to delegates and provides a focus for
meeting and socialising outside lectures/tutorials, and has a wide screen television with access to satellite channels. Please note, there are no televisions provided in the bedrooms. Moreover, in addition to a popular bar, the college has extensive grounds for jogging and sports, squash and
tennis courts. There is also a laundry service provided at a cost and a laundrette in the college itself.

International Securities Issues with Allen & Overy LLP.
With over 1,000 banking and finance lawyers worldwide, Allen & Overy advise
over 800 corporate and financial institution participants in the financial
markets, and are entrusted with the full range of their domestic and
cross-border transactions, covering a diversity of financial structures from
Equity and Debt Capital Markets to Securitisation.
Swaps and Swap Derivatives with Schuyler K. Henderson. The author of Henderson
on Derivatives, 2nd ed., Butterworths LexisNexis, Schuyler has been active in
the OTC derivatives market for over 34 years, having acted for one of the
participants in the first currency exchange agreement in 1977. Since then he
has been involved in the creation of innovative financial products on behalf of
over fifty financial institutions and is generally regarded as one of the
leading derivatives lawyers.
International Lending with Tim Walker. Tim is a solicitor
with over 20 years experience of international and domestic banking
transactions, including syndicated loans and structured finance. As well as
secured lending transactions, Tims current practice includes equipment leasing
and invoice discounting. Tim is highly recommended as one of the leading
experts in his field by Chambers independent legal directory.
Asset Securitisation with Graham Penn. Graham is a partner in Sidley
Austin (UK) LLP. Graham has advised arrangers, lead managers, originators,
trustees and monocline insurance providers on securitisation transactions. He
has worked in the securitisation market since its inception in the UK in the
1980s primarily on cross-border transactions involving assets in a variety of
jurisdictions including emerging market transactions.
Principles of Common Law Systems with Arun Singh (Prof) OBE,
FRSA. Arun is an international lawyer and consultant, and a former partner and
Head of Commercial Law at KPMG Legal. His areas of expertise include M&A
and joint-ventures. He is cited and ranked in the Chambers Guide of the Worlds
Leading Lawyers, and is the author of Business and Contract Law, published by
Thorogood.
International Bank Guarantees with Alan Ward. One of
Euromoneys most experienced trainers, Alan has trained bankers, lawyers and
corporates in International Financial Law for over 20 years. Alan has written
for the Journal of International Banking Law and the Business Law Review in
addition to editing a practitioner's text on international trade finance. He is
a member of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) United Kingdom National
Committee.
Project Finance by Geoff Haley. Geoff has specialist
expertise in large and complex projects including the fields of energy, waste
management and transportation. He is the founder and Chairman of IPFA
(International Project Finance Association), an honorary Professor of Project
Finance and a visiting lecturer to the University of Dundee.
