The Euromoney Legal Training Winter School covers in five days a substantial range of topics including international borrowing & lending, capital markets, swaps & swap derivatives, project financing & asset securitisation. The Winter School focuses on the legal & contractual framework governing many international financial transactions.
Throughout the five days, lecture and workshop sessions will alternate, providing you with several opportunities to participate actively in documentation exercises and enhance your ability in solving practical problems.
Prior to the course participants will receive a study pack, which is essential reading as it will provide the background knowledge on the subjects studied.

Asset Securitisation by Graham Penn, Partner, Sidley Austin LLP. Graham has advised originators & arrangers of securitisation transactions. He has worked in the securitisation market since its inception in the UK in the 1980's both on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Swaps & Swap Derivatives by Schuyler K. Henderson. Schuyler has been particularly active in the derivatives market and involved in the creation of innovative financial products on behalf of over 50 financial institutions. He is generally regarded as one of the leading derivatives lawyers.
